Cracked driver?

  1. Is there any way to tell whether my driver is cracked or damaged in some way if it's not visible?  I have the 909D3 and recently even when I hit it on the center of the club face it doesn't feel solid, and my distance has been significantly reduced (50-60 yds).  At first I thought it was because I was just swinging poorly, which is often the case, but after a couple sessions on the range I'm thinking something might be wrong.  It feels like there's no bounce/spring off the face and the sound it makes on impact is now a dull "thud".

Maybe you should contact titleist customer service for a warranty inspection

We would have to visually inspect it to see if there was a crack.  Although your 909 may be 3-4 years old, we will still warranty it if the face/head has cracked.  Please take it to your local Titleist pro shop and have them set up a Warranty inspection and repair.

  7. Good Morning, I have a Titleist 907D2 driver 8.5. Yesterday I hit a drive that split the fact of the driver in two width wise. What caused this to happen? Is this worth sending back to you? I live in Cabo Mexico now, but still have a mailing address in Denver.
  8. I have a 915 D3 titleist driver that I’ve had for about two years, and I think I have cracked the face because it sounds completely different than before and the ball does not travel as far. I have an aftermarket shaft in it, that I like. Can I just send the head to titleist and they send me a new head or what do I need to do?
