I tested both new Pro V1 and Pro V1x balls My finds are that the ProV1 balls had better feel with all clubs and also better spin and holding on the greens. The ProV1x was harded with less feel and spin and holding on the greens than the 2019 proto ProV1 but it produced greater distance off the tee and better roll on the fairway. These new balls have improved in every area than the previous balls. I can hardly wait to start next season. I have decided to drive the ProV1x off the tee and switch to the ProV1 for the approach shots.
