Just need a quick refresher on the fitting process for the irons via a fitting cart. The two + signs represent upright correct? and if the two + are aligned with another + is that 2 degrees upright?

    Hi Devin,

Here is an outline of lie angles for the 714 surefit iron system:

    2 " - " symbols: 2 FLAT

    2 " - " and 2 " + ": Std. Lie

    2 " + ": 2 UP

    4 "+ ": 4 UP

    Hope this helps.

Trying to decide whether I need AP1 or AP3 since I’m not hi able to “pure” my 716 AP2’s often enough. I’ve been suggested a Red AMT shaft. Just trying to figure out the better fit between two just based on rough numbers.

I went from AP1 and graphite to AP3 with the TT AMT Red (R). But I wouldn't never have guessed it. Visual flight and Trackman (a Titleist Thursday fitting) confirmed this was my best. No doubt both are far more forgiving than the AP2.
