"Step-by-step"....no kidding. I did appreciate the Factory Tour, just wish it were easier to navigate, perhaps I did it wrong.
  3. It may be easier to try the virtual tour using a desktop vs. mobile. You can scroll down through the experience, as you do, there will be copy and some videos to help bring the process to life. Let me know if that helps with your navigation.

    Hey Jason!
Thanks for the response, I wasn't expecting one to be honest, I was just sayin' because when it comes to using all the latest tech, I'm a Fred Flintstone so all I do use is my Desk Top. I got through it, very educational and if I were a Salesman, this would give me instant product knowledge and help my salesmanship and only further add to the integrity and credibility of this brand... thank you for the follow up, much appreciated.
  5. I just watched the tour and found it to be a very interesting process. Thank you for posting this!

I also thought it was very interesting. An "In-Person" real tour is definitely on the "To-Do" list once things open up again.

I watched it the day it came out. It was very interesting and informative. I'd really love to see it in person one day. What type of operation do we have here in Canada Jason? Is it purely marketing or is there anything manufactured or assembled in Canada?

I watched the Virtual Tour and first of all I need to admit I found Iona to be a great host. I am a sucker for a great accent :) The virtual tour itself was very interesting. So much detailed work goes into the manufacturing to make the ball we all love. I just cannot imagine the sheer number of balls that Titleist must manufacture every single year!! Glad I have my supply. Just waiting for spring now.

Great to see behind the curtain. Thanks Jason!
