  1. Other than HQ at Maple, wondering where at this time of year, outdoors, who still does fittings?

Has anyone had an iron fitting indoors? Just wondering how accurate it would be compered to outdoors in the elements.

My friend had his iron and driver fitting indoors at the National Fitting Center last winter and Chris did a fantastic job. I agree with many others on this post that being able to do the fitting outdoors is really nice as we mere mortals can see the ball fly out into the range and see the "true" ball flight. However, Chris uses the Trackman technology whether he is inside or out and tweaks your clubs and shafts to get the ultimate ball spin and launch angle as well as many other key factors that contribute to proper ball flight. My friend bought his clubs based on the data from his indoor fitting and without a doubt I saw an improvement in his game as soon as the season began and we could get out on the course, His game improved so much with his newly fitted clubs that he managed to get down to a scratch for a couple of rounds this year :)
So - I can honestly say that I have complete faith in Chris' ability to do a full and proper fitting using the indoor facility at Eagles Nest :)

Thanks Darius. That is exactly what I was looking for. I now know what I'll be asking for for Christmas, a club fitting. And if I was really good this year maybe the clubs.
