I have the (3) SM 2's and love them!! For sure now is the time to grab them, if you can find them, because pricing is lower. I can't brag enough about the spin and feel on the wedges!!

I'd say if you can find 3 SM2's that you like buy those. I have AP1's - took the pitching wedge and gap wedge out and replaced them with 46 (bent to 45) and 52 vokeys, and added a 56. SM2's are a little cheaper these days and will give you lots of spin and feel, and save you a little $$ at the same time.

I usually play prov1's but I don't buy too many golf balls I usually play what I find in the woods

The older illegal square groves will give you the most spin for sure. The ball you play will also make a big difference. What ball do you normally play?
