    Although this has been available for TT members in the US for quite a while (Sept. 2020), I could not be happier to have had the opportunity to participate in a live video chat with Nic Hibbert, Titleist Fitting Ambassador.

    Nic made an in-depth assessment of my game by asking me some key questions and then we discussed my golf ball preference and what are my expectations as for the golf ball's performance. At the end of the video chat, he recommended I tried AVX and PROV1X versus my current PROV1.

    What I enjoyed the most was the opportunity to ask golf ball-related questions that I had never asked and the friendly and open nature of the video chat.

    Once lockdown restrictions ease in Melbourne (23 Sept. fingers crossed) I will take Nic's recommendations to the course and test the golf balls (pic below) side-by-side on a variety of different shots, especially into and around the green.

    Hi Felipe,
    I’m interested to hear how you fared with your trials after the Virtual Ball fitting consultation.
    I also had the opportunity for a fitting but the consensus was that I was already playing the right ball for me, ProV1x Left Dash. I was given samples of the TourSpeed ball to compare to Left Dash which performed admirably and might make it into my bag when my Left Dash supply runs out. It’s great that Team Titleist give us opportunities like these.

    Hi Mark,

    I was quite surprised by the outstanding performance of the AVX. It definitely flies lower and feels softer than the ProV1, which is why I prefer the ProV1 over the ProV1X. Next month, I will get on a Trackman to see if there is any difference in spin numbers.

    I will definitely consider buying a dozen of AVXs as soon as I run out of ProV1s.
