Dear Mike or Abby. Every year for the past couple years at this time, my profile seems to go down to 85%. If you have a minute, could you take a look at it. I believe last year, Mike, you knew exactly what happened and fixed it promptly. Many Thanks! Play Well, Steve S.

    Hey Steve, click on your profile and at the top, you will see a pencil icon on the right. Click on it and it will pull up all your information. Which will give you the opportunity to add an avatar as well. When you complete/update all this including an avatar, click add at the bottom, and then go back and it should show as 100%.
