    I want to know if it is possible for me to use the 915 D2 driver head but keep my kuro kage black shaft

    Assuming the shaft is on a 910 or 913 driver, yes, the adapter is common. I have switched shafts at times between all the Titleist drivers including the new 917.

    Only if you have the surefit adapter attached to your shaft , then yes you can

    Correct. All Titleist drivers from 910-917 surefits adapters are interchanglbe. On FW, I believe NOT all models will work.
