I currently have AP2 5 Iron bent 2* strong (25* now) & 2 hybrids (23* & 19*)... my question is do I really need both hybrids in the bag? Or can I scrap the 23* and move the 19* to 21*? Will this be sufficient gapping?

My driver is set at 12*, 3wood at 15*, but thinking of going to 16.5*.. please advise on hybrid situation. Thx all

I played around with my clubs until I got what I felt is right for me. I play a 917D 11.25*, 816h1 16*, 816h1 19*, 913H 23*, AP1 5-W52, SM6 56.10*......I had a 917f2 and changed to the 16* hybrid exchanging about ten yards for conistency and accuracy......this set up has made a world of difference for me, but may not work for everyone. I am 71 years old and hit my driver around 230+ which I am happy with now and score better with this set up......it took a little time on the range and on the course to get the yardage and that is what I play for. Titleist has some awesome hybrids and I love mine and with a proper fitting and the right shaft you should get positive results.....conistency and accuracy......

I believe adjusting the 19 degree to 21 degrees and dropping the 23 degree provides good gapping- will be interesting to read other opinions- good luck.

I would try adjusting the lofts stronger on both hybrids to keep the gapping simular. IMO not a big fan of bending lofts stronger,

Is there a particular reason you're looking to make a change? I'd recommend seeing a local golf professional or club fitter with access to a launch monitor to evaluate what your yardage gaps currently are and go from there.
