Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!!!! You are THE BEST!!!!!! Two days ago I responded to a question about cleaning the Active Recoil Channel in a 915. I commented that I use a bag tag while on the course and a more proper cleaning when I get home. One day later - maybe even less- I received a package via Fed Ex from Cathi with a hand written note, a Titleist sticker, and a really cool brush the hooks onto a bag to clean the channel in my 816 H1. To say that it was a real spirit lifter is an under statement. I have injured my shoulder and am waiting for the insurance company to approve an MRI to find out what the damage is and what to do about it. I am sure that part of whatever treatment is prescribed will include not playing for awhile. Bummer!!!

Cathi, you really made my day and whatever re-hab period I'm in for. You are really THE BEST. I'm sorry that I'm so technologically challenged that I can't send a picture. I will be Titleist for life.
