Talk about one of the greatest experiences a golfer can have. I was fortunate to be a part of the first national Team Titleist Invitation Event at Pinehurst Resort. After a long drive from North Alabama I arrived at Pinehurst Carolina Inn. Like many of us there I didn't know anyone. I was warmly greeted by Mike and Abby. Right then I knew I was going to have a great time. I was handed an unbelievable gift package of Team Titleist gear. I met so many great members during that evenings reception. Thanks to TT Staffer Dave for breaking the ice with me by interviewing me on his camera. Dave and I became really good friends from that point. The next morning, after a fine breakfast, we proceeded to to the course and had a fine day of playing Pinehurst #4. We then had a great outdoor lunch followed by a complete demo of the newest Titleist clubs and a presentation of the ProV1 golf ball. Later that evening at our dinner we all were surprised by the Staff of Team Titleist with a random drawing for wonderful Titleist products and Team Titleist memorabilia. When my name was called and I was told about the gift that I had won, but I had to get via mail (I will get back to this). The next morning we proceeded to the Grand event and we enjoyed playing the great Pinehurst #2 course. I sure didn't play well, but I had the time of my life. After a closing ceremony I headed back to North Alabama with memories that will last forever. I cant thank Titleist, Team Titleist, Liz, Mike, Abby, Rick, and Dave for such a great experience. Oh yeah, back to my prize. I received it today, photos attached. A Team Titleist carry bag personally autographed by so many current Titleist brand ambassadors. I will be forever grateful to Titleist and will be the best ambassador to the brand as I can be. Team Titleist, Thank you!!
