2016 Titleist Lightweight Cart Bag

    I had to send my 2016 bag back because where the cart belt went across the bag, it wore a hole on both sides. I have decided to oder a staff bag, 9.5 but the 2016 is out. They club said Titleist gave me a credit and they have a 10.5 for sale which should be here by the end of October. Titleist said the 9.5 2017 would not be available until the 1st of the year.

    So here is my question, the 10.5 appears to be big bag and may not fit on a cart right. The new 2017 bags really look good. Would it be worth the wait for the 2017 9.5 staff bag. The sale price is rsLly good for the 2016 10.5.

    Note, having a knee replacement and probably will not be able to play without a cart any longrr, why I am looking for a staff bag.

    Guess you have to use the credit thru you club only. The 2016 9.5 staff bags are on sale else where and will fit the back of a riding cart, because I have one that I used for special events and tournaments. I have used those lightweight cart bags for years on riding carts and have never had that problem. Will watch mine closely. I have had my current lightweight cart bag at least three years that I game three to four times a week. My only problem is that it is red and fades in the hot southern sun. Thanks for the heads up.

    I'd go with the 9.5" version, either the current model or the 2017 version. The extra 1" is unnecessary for us mortals and that extra inch adds a lot of extra weight and makes it tough to get on the back of a cart.
