On the next all-new episode of Golf Fitness Academy, co-hosts Dr. Greg Rose and Dave Phillips welcome LPGA star Laura Diaz to the show to demonstrate the three phases you need to work on to get back in shape after a long hiatus, such as a pregnancy or injury. Laura is joined by her 10-month-old son, Cooper, and her trainer, Brett Chepenik from Gracor Fitness, as they go through the program that got Laura, and her golf game, back into shape following her pregnancy. Inside the Ropes with John Merrick

We walked a few holes with Titleist ambassador John Merrick during a recent practice round (click here for photos from the round). John is a PGA Tour rookie who graduated from the Nationwide Tour after a successful 2006 season, which included a playoff win at the Peek'n Peak Classic. After finishing 21st on the Nationwide Tour money list last year, John became the first player in Tour history to improve his priority status by finishing tied for fourth at the PGA Tour Qualifying School.

John plays a full bag of Titleist equipment, including the Pro V1x golf ball, 907D2 driver (8.5°, Aldila NV 75), PT 906F3 prototype fairway (15°, Aldila NV 85), PT 585.H utility (19°, Aldila NV 105), Forged 670 irons (3-P, True Temper Dynamic Gold), Vokey Design prototype wedges (54° & 60°, True Temper Dynamic Gold), and a Scotty Cameron Newport putter.
